Dr. Benan Kırmızıgül Arı graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Law with an honor degree, after she completed her high school education in Ankara Özel Tevfik Fikret High School. After finishing her legal internship, Dr. Benan Kırmızıgül Arı started her master’s degree in Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law and Consumer Law at the Université de Rennes 1 in France and wrote her master’s thesis titled “Une Résolution Alternative en Droit de la Concurrence: La Transaction” on the institution of settlement, which is an alternative solution in competition law. Within her belief that learning is not an ending process in life, she completed her doctoral degree in Marmara University in the field of private law with her doctoral thesis titled “Bailment Contracts in Turkish Law” and earned her PhD title.
Dr. Benan Kırmızıgül Arı has been providing legal assistance and giving consultancy to large number of honorable clients in Turkey since 2010 as the partner of this law firm. She extensively advises clients on her specialized expertise in competition law, contracts and law of obligations where also she provides consultancy on intellectual property law, administrative law, consumer law and labour law. She represented many clients in a variety of sectors including automotive, oil, cosmetics, durable consumer goods and insurance.
